Tomorrow is my last "eat all you want" day. Then I'm on a special diet, but only for about 25 days. Then I slowly add in everything else.
The "plan" is to lose 1-2 lbs per day. I'm hoping for 2lbs per day. We will see how it goes.
I'll post my progress here.
But probably not my measurements....just how much I've lost ;)
